Independent Health is now using our allco to connect its members to social care resources in the community, including food, transportation, housing and more. The allco case management tool features a user-friendly interface designed to simplify the process of connecting individuals to the social care they need.
Wellconnected’s partnership with Independent Health is a big step toward its goal of creating a more efficient, transparent and communicative health and social infrastructure in communities across the U.S. The allco platform connects social care agencies, insurance companies and end-users in a first-of-its kind digital community.
