Meet Our New Community Experience Specialist: Carolyn Montalbo

After several years of rapid growth and expansion across multiple regions, wellconnected is excited to welcome Carolyn Montalbo as our new Community Experience Specialist.

Carolyn joins us at an important moment. Over the past four years, our allco platform has grown from a regional pilot to a multi-state social care infrastructure. We connect community-based organizations, pharmacies, nonprofits, and care teams working to improve people’s lives.

As our network has expanded, so has the need to ensure that every partner, user, and community stakeholder has a clear, supportive and consistent experience with wellconnected.

Carolyn holds a master’s degree in mental health counseling from the University at Buffalo and most recently served as the Asset Alignment Director at LifeLaw, where she oversaw operations and strategy for a rapidly growing estate-planning firm.

Her background in both high-touch client service and organizational systems gives her a deep understanding of how to build clear, supportive, and trustworthy experiences. That’s especially true in environments where people depend on accurate information and seamless coordination.

In her first months with us, Carolyn has immersed herself in our processes as if she were a new partner, learning the platform precisely as our users do. This inside-out exploration has helped surface opportunities to improve clarity, streamline communication, and ensure that every organization in our network gets the guidance and tools they need to make the most of wellconnected.

As she steps into her role, Carolyn will help bring greater structure, consistency, and personality to our customer experience. That work will span onboarding, support and adoption all the way to storytelling.
