wellconnected expands partnership with Monmouth County to support homeless services

wellconnected is excited to announce the expansion of its partnership with Monmouth County, New Jersey, extending the use of the allco platform to support homeless services across the region.

This continues a pattern for allco clients, who often find new use cases that enhance the collaboration and transparency in their networks.

This next phase will introduce allco to homeless shelters and prevention providers across Monmouth County. Shelters and service providers will use allco for:

• Centralized intake

• Case management

• Referrals

• Shared reporting.

The goal is to create a more connected and consistent experience for people seeking help, while giving agencies a clearer and more complete understanding of each individual’s circumstances.

By sharing information responsibly across organizations, providers can better address not only immediate housing needs but the health and social factors that often contribute to homelessness.

The expansion builds on wellconnected’s long-standing work in Monmouth County, where the allco platform has supported human services coordination through the Monmouth ACTS initiative. Broadening the scope of that work reflects both the success of the original implementation and the growing need for coordinated responses as housing resources face increased pressure.

More broadly, the Monmouth County expansion is part of wellconnected’s continued growth in homeless prevention nationwide. allco already supports homeless prevention efforts in Erie and Niagara counties in New York State and forms the core use case of the company’s regionwide Community Information Exchange work in Chicago, where shelters and providers are coming online across the region.

Together, these initiatives show how a proven system can adapt to different regions while addressing a shared challenge.

As wellconnected looks ahead to 2026, this expansion represents one of several opportunities across the country to modernize the social safety net. By focusing on real-world use cases and scalable systems, wellconnected continues to help communities turn collaboration into meaningful impact.
