Role Assignments

Roles assist in controlling access to certain features and elements.

Intake & Referral Portal Roles: License Purchase Required

Community Access | access to the entire intake and referral application, that enables organizations to support and refer community members. 

Government Access | capable of accessing all complaints that are routed on behalf of a municipality through the allco platform. These users are unable to see the community member library. 

Call Center Access | a call center employee or volunteer that refers members of the community towards support, this is the only service explicitly performed. This role also includes an options counseling feature. 

Organization Portal Roles: No license purchase required 

Organization Admin | These users are able to update company information. A license purchase is not required to access this functionality. 

License Admin | These users are able to purchase and assign licenses, reset user passwords and manage billing information. A license purchase is not required to access this functionality.
